We’re only 3 weeks into the 2023/24 season and we’ve already got plenty to talk about. As always at this time of the week the main topic of conversation is centred around largely around who you should have in your Fantasy XI for upcoming Gameweek – well here’s your answer!
GK – Andre Onana – With his shot stopping ability and being able to make precise forward passes, not only can he keep clean sheets but he can also add assists. That would be a massive boost to his points when added to a clean sheet this weekend.
DF – Pervis Estupinan – The 25 Ecuadorian defender will be an asset to anyone’s team. With 2 assists and 1 goal to his name, he is already showing his value for money at Brighton and Hove Albion. He already has 18 points from the first 2 gameweeks
DF- Kyle Walker – Despite seemingly out the door in the summer the fleet footed Englishman has stuck around and had 2 starts in 2 gameweeks amassing 6 points from each. He’s a regular part of a solid Man City defence so makes for a steady stream of points all season.
DF – Tyrick Mitchell – After spending a long time on the sidelines, Mitchell is back in the swing of things. Look out for those bonus points. You can get them from defenders with accurate passes
DF- William Saliba – Arsenal will play Fulham, Everton and Bournemouth in 3 of their next 5 games. Saliba will prove to be a huge force for the Gunners in defence; cash in now ahead these fixtures and rack up the points.
MD- Solly March – 3 goals in 2 games and a total of 24 points says it all for March. Brighton are a tenacious unit and March will one the main creative sources for the Seagulls.
MD- Leon Bailey – We had to do it. Bailey has had a hot start to the season so far, unfortunately we know he hasn’t had the best luck with injuries since moving to England. That said, when he’s a purple patch, there are few better than the Reggae Boy.
MD- Phil Foden – The dynamic ability of Foden makes him another must have. He can play as a number 10 or on the left of a front three. He will create plenty of chances each game which is bound to end in a goal eventually and chip in with scoring himself.
FW – Erling Haaland – Mr. Goal Machine himself. Any player who guarantees you 1 goal every game is a must have and with City’s upcoming fixtures it’s safe to assume he’ll bag a few more.
FW- Marcus Rashford – The Mancunian man has had a slow start in the first two gameweeks but once he’s up and running, there’s no stopping him. A winnable fixture against Nottingham Forest may be enough to get him started.
FW- Yoanne Wissa – He may not be one of the household names yet, but 2 goals and 1 assist for 6.1 million Wissa’s one of the most cost effective options up front.
